Took a few pieces of floor into and around the house and realized we hated it in there. The floor is very nice- just not for our place. Tried to communicate with them and return the unopened packages with receipt and were treated badly and no refund ...IT SEEMS THIS BUSINESS IS JUST OUT THERE FOR THEMSELVES and DOES NOT CONSIDER THE REAL NEEDS OF CUSTOMERS....I would not recommend them or trust anything or anyone from Quality Lumber and Building Wholesale.
